Data Deletion
If you are an Account holder on the ORGiD platform by a Digital ID Card issuer creating and populating data about you to render an ID Card, if you have any concerns about the data displayed, please contact your employer or card issuer in the first instance and discuss your concerns.
If you cannot resolve your concerns with the card issuer, please create a support ticket and provide details regarding the data you want deleted. We may need to contact you to verify your identity as well as contact your card issuer.
We aim to resolve all such requests for data deletion within 10 business days.
